The four-star Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh West has introduced a brand new menu, perfect for discerning diners.
With everything from light bites to share, to full three-course treat meals, The Avenue at Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh West, has designed a menu with something for everyone – all within a relaxed, casual setting.
Under the guidance of head chef Stewart Campbell the hotel’s kitchen team has created the new all-day dining menu which includes favourites like steaks, pizzas, salads and sandwiches as well as courses with a twist – such as smoked bacon macaroni cheese, Tandoori chicken espetada and the sumptuous wild boar burger.
Those with a sweet-tooth are well-catered for, with a range of moreish homemade desserts featuring sticky toffee pudding, lemon tart, fresh berry Pavlova and The Avenue sundae – the restaurant’s very own signature pudding.
Anyone who wants to enjoy a hearty start to the day can also take advantage of The Avenue’s breakfast buffet.
Stewart Campbell, head chef at Courtyard Edinburgh West, said: “We’re pleased to introduce a new menu at The Avenue. It’s based on simple favourites with a bit of a twist, using fresh, local produce.
“There really is something for everyone, and the restaurant is so relaxed, it’s perfect for guests or visitors alike. We’re looking forward to welcoming guests in to give it a try, whether it’s for a light bite, casual dinner, or a full refuel after a training session at Oriam.”
